No-Worry’s Rain Policy.

As safety is our main concern, we sometimes are forced to temporarily close attractions down due to severe weather in our area. Once the threat of danger has passed, we will reopen the attractions if possible. Should the weather not improve, we might be forced to suspend park operations for the rest of the day.

If the waterpark closes it’s attractions down for more then 60 minutes (or closes the entire park), we will issue re-admission passes for the same season to any guest that requests one based on the type of admission paid for as well as the time already spent in the park. No cash refunds will be given. Guests must provide proof of purchase (receipt) or lesser value readmission will be given. Once the attractions are reopened, no readmissions will be given.

If you have purchased a 3-hour pass and have been in the park less than 1.5 hours, you will receive a 3-hour readmission pass.

If you purchased a 3-hour pass and have been in the park for over 1.5 hours, you will receive a $5 off voucher towards your next visit.

If you purchased an All-Day or Ride and Slide pass, and have been in the park for less then 3 hours, you will receive an All-Day or Ride and Slide readmission pass.

If you purchased an All-Day or Ride and Slide pass, and have been in the park for over 3 hours, you will receive a 3 hour or twilight readmission pass.

If you purchased a Twi-Light pass and have been in the park for less than 2 hours prior to 5pm, you will receive a Twi-light readmission pass.

If you purchased a Twi-Light pass and have been in the park for more than 2 hours, you will receive a $5 off voucher towards your next visit.
